Customer Service Agent – Email Support

Were looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email channel on Zendesk and our site. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure or if someone needs additional help having things explained about our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer emails or following up on marketing email campaigns

• Providing clarification on programs and packages that we offer

• Basic support of onboarding new customers

• Adding events to analyst or manager’s calendars

• Special projects when needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-service role (i.e. call center, retail or similar environment).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills using phone, email, and text.

• High degree of comfort working with software and technology to perform job duties.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and set daily goals.

•Proficient use of web-based products and MS Office preferred but not required.

• Basic familiarity with financial and stock market / cryptocurrency markets is a plus
